Response: All the freebie address stickers we get from charity donation requests are always in my husband's name! Sorry - usually I cut the name off. Your ? about Fat Witch -did I not include the Fat Witch post card or business card? Or did you mean why is it named Fat Witch (no idea - i even looked on website)
Response: Well, what did our Postal Service do now? Are they washing the mail? Maybe fire alarm went off in a post office and sprinkler system came on? Or mailman spilled his water bottle? Weird for sure.
Response: So glad you enjoyed the swap. Are you liking your new home? I hope so - you sure deserve it after all you've been through Or is this just another temporary place with a future dream home in mind? Take care my friend.
Response: Oops, I did not read the caption on that child fishing! Well maybe by now she's chosen a different pronoun? Glad you liked the cards.
Response: When I bought that prom card I knew I'd e saving it for you!
Response: Never thought I'd be pleased to be in a freak album - but glad my postcard made it in! Thanks for joining my swap!
Response: Thanks for sharing your mailman story! You made me smile today!
Response: So sorry the envelope split open! I guess I better go bach to adding more tape to edges.
Response: I didn't know they had made postcards to match the doll stamps! Those would be really pretty. I have just one doll stamp left, I will save it for the next swap I send to you!
Response: So glad you enjoyed this swap and the Mix it Up! Yes, that sweet little girl is as quintessential 50's as you can get! I do wish I could get out and actually go to some interesting places to collect more business cards and actually shop! Some day!!!
Response: Wow, how amazing to have heard Mandela speak! My daughter and I were travelling in Paris when he died and got to see and participate in the tributes people made at the Eiffel Tower. Very moving. Such an inspirational man.
Response: Thanks for such encouraging, appreciative comments! Your YTPC Group is what keeps me going these days!
Response: Glad you enjoyed them! I got them from a museum that I think had done an exhibit partnering with the performing arts theatre when an opera was performed there. These cards were on sale after the exhibit closed and I thought it was fun to buy them because I had never seen opera pc's! So if I ever come across any more, I'll know to get them for you!
Response: So glad you enjoyed your trip - it was such fun to plan!
Response: Oh I do enjoy Tangled - who can resist that lantern scene and song! I would sometimes be one of the Disneyland Cast Members in charge of the exclusive bench viewing area right in front of the castle for fireworks. When that movie clip projected on the castle, the song played, fireworks went off in the sky -- and often a Guest would then get on his knees and propose to a girl! Wow, what a moment!
Response: So glad you liked it - I do love all things Disney!
Response: Ugh - yesHoliday time at a Disney park is so so crowded I agree it is very frustrating especially for first time visitors

Response: Glad you liked what I sent. Got the Lucy stamp years ago Edge of stamp says VIVA LAS VEGASTAMPS PO Box28024 LV NV89126 It only has that one S in the middle.
Response: I could not jump out of an airplane for anything!!!!! One of my kids might. Before Trump was even a candidate (just an ordinary billionaire doing the TV show The Apprentice) I was the Tour Guide for his wife and young son at Disneyland one day. Trump called to ask his son what rides he'd been on so far, and asked to
speak to their Guide (me.) He was sharp enough to even address me by name, asking me if his son was having fun and telling me to make sure they had a great day. I just said a sentence or two and that was it - didn't know I was speaking with a future President!
Response: You made my day! SO glad you liked everything - and how random is it that your husband's name showed up in an ad! Yes, I work at Disneyland and love it.
Response: Yes, I love to cut up Trader Joe's odd illustrations for my envelopes!
Response: I've had 2 of those marvelous Joe Sam cards for quite a while - one to keep and one to share, and you seemed the perfect recipient! So glad you enjoy it! By the way, I am finally getting a glimpse of the Florida Keys in December! (though only for a short day in port of Key West on a cruise.)
Response: I hope your son and family enjoyed the Happiest Place on Earth! Glad they got here before the huge summer crowds (though they may have felt it was plenty crowded!)
Response: Bahama is a very pleasant sounding word, and has historical meaning (especially because folks probably fought over which prominent person deserved to have a town namesake) -- but I would have reverted to a gem like Hunkadora -- unforgettable and just puts a happy smile on my face! I would drive 60 miles out of my way to buy postcards and take a photo in Hunkadora!
Response: I'm amazed by the height of that baby giraffe! What a cool experience for you - thanks for sharing and glad you liked the cards.
Response: Very glad you liked my choices and that you were willing to see it as a whale of a fish! I think from your comment and the delightful swaps you send (both cards and envelopes) that you have a great take on life!
Response: Glad you enjoyed the cards and yes, the possum thing is crazy to us, right?! The possum clothing is so unbelievably soft (and so expensive) but my sons have possum socks and say they are even warmer and softer than wool!
Response: OK - I have to ask what the envelope looked like! Usually when I design some new envies I take a photo but didn't last week. Guess I am brain dead from the summer heat wave. Maybe map strips or a big hand & ice cream?

Response: I am so impressed that you know what a zoetrope is! We had a huge and wonderful one in our Animation Academy building featuring Toy Story characters but alas they took it out to make room for Anna and Elsa meet and greet. It used to be so much fun to take my tour guests and show them the unique and fascinating zoetrope!

Response: Very glad you liked everything! I had no idea about the Brabant needles! Serendipity!
Response: So glad you liked it. Thanks for the nice comments!
Response: So glad both the envelope and pages were a hit! Sometimes an envelope can be turned inside out easier if you toss it in the freezer for awhile -- easier to unreel the glued edges then. Still shocks my family to go for ice cream and find bills in the freezer!
Response: The recipe is always a big hit at potlucks and family gatherings. Glad you enjoyed the swap.
Response: From Disneyland. I think it was last year, at Valentine's week. Saw in your profile you liked Rapunzel and hoped you'd enjoy it.
Response: Oh, so glad you enjoyed it! I hoped to make it special after you sent a wonderful swap to me!
Response: Tried hard to get some from 2 other counties we drove thru to a distant wedding, but no luck. Glad Orange Co was unique one for you.
Response: Glad you liked what I sent! What a fun coincidence with the Madeline page - I almost didn't send it because it seems so few people know the Madeline books!
Response: Thanks for the rating and comments! I'm glad you got to enjoy so many state championships! My son's team lost a lot -- but it was still great fun! Glad you appreciated the poetry.
Response: Very glad you liked the items. Thanks for doing the private swap!
Response: Thrilled that you enjoyed the swap! We've been supporting Sam & Patty, who sent most of the postcards, for 30+ years and now their daughter and her family are living in London and serving the Lord throughout europe -- so a few more may be headed to you in future swaps!
Response: Glad you liked it! Oooh - Buchart at Christmas does sound magical! I did the European Christmas Markets last December - that was fun, too!
Response: Oh, my! Thank you for sharing that - glad it was a blessing!
Response: What a nice thank you message! It made my day to know you enjoyed what I sent!
Response: Glad you enjoyed what I sent. If you haven't done inside out envies, I learned this tip: put them in the freezer for awhile and you'll be able to peel away the glued "seams" Of course my husband and kids thought I had really lost my mind when they found our mail strewn among the ice cream and frozen pizzas.
Response: Glad you liked my package! I'm new to Swap Bot, too -- it is fun making and gathering items for people and such a day brightener to receive wonderful mail. Thanks for the 5 and heart!
Response: My first rating - thanks for the 5 and a heart, too! Glad you liked what I sent.
