YTPC: Decoupaged Index Card w/Vellum Pocket

Hi swappers!

Many thanks to @shirleyinCA who suggested this swap for our group.

We'll be following Shanouki Art's tutorial, found HERE to create TWO decoupaged index cards, each w/a vellum pocket.

Shanouki uses white tissue for her decoupage; you may do the same or use a colorful napkin, or decoupage paper as well. Remember that all of the Distress Oxide ink pads are water soluble, so you don't need the Tim Holtz sprays to participate.

If you don't have vellum on hand, you may use tracing paper or even acetate to create a transparent pocket. You may or may not sew your pocket. Remember that wet glue wrinkles vellum/tracing paper, so please use a tape runner or glue stick as an adhesive if you're not sewing the pocket.

You may cut any sturdy paper to 3"x5" to use as a base; if you're using actual index cards, please create with the lined side on the back of the card for journaling.
