We did have some hot weather and luckily there have been no fires in our area. I heard about the floods in WA and hope you haven't been washed away. Crazy weather! Take care. :)

We were all shaken by the quakes but were lucky that we all came through safely and that our house just had mostly cosmetic damage - except for cracked concrete floors throughout. Comment: Ah, Catherine...opening an envelope from you is like opening a gift. You create the loveliest ATCs, and you are so generous with the extras as well. I had to laugh at the description of your busy day...I have an adult son with autism and severe mental retardation, who lived at home until he was almost 14 years old. I can SO relate to your comment regarding "never a dull moment". I could tell you stories... But anyway, thank you so much for another wonderful swap. I know you're limiting your international swaps, and I wish I could receive all of them! I also love Jackie's techniques swaps, and have listed her as one of my "super swappers" for that very reason! (P.S. I'll trade a day of sunshine for some of my grey drizzle, okay?)

I loved the extra dragonfly ATC too, and the punchies especially the leaves as I have to an autumn card swap coming up. Thankyou for sharing the marking tape texture idea too. Comment: Thanks for the ATC and the really nice stickers. Carving rubber stamps takes practice (I am still a beginner). I use rubber material [you can start with solid, firm pencil erasers] and carving gouges. You can search the internet for techniques.
