Rainbow Symbolic Zig-zag journal 3/8 - **YELLOW**

We will be making a rainbow journal one page at a time.The idea is to make 8 pages which can be stuck down onto an accordion folded (zig-zag) backing strip to make a zig-zag journal.

Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue (light/royal), Indigo (Dark blue), Violet (Purple) and Black n White.

Include some symbolism on your page for each colour; for example red might be associated with danger, blue with peace, green with jealousy etc.

The page size will be kept to 4 by 4 inches to allow cheaper postage. Use good quality thick cartridge or watercolour paper or thin card. Leave the back undecorated so they can be stuck in.

Make one 4 by 4 inch mixed media journal page for your partner using mainly YELLOW and using images or symbolism associated with the colour YELLOW

Don't forget to add a note or a tag with your name, the swap name and the date. Please explain the colour symbolism on your page in your note to your partner.
