Altered Children's Book Round #4

An Altered Children's Book. Round Robin. Double page spreads. Mixed media. Roughly 3 week turnaround. Themes as follows (along the lines of a scavenger hunt. You must include these items in some way, be creative); Round 4: - a stencil, a human figure/person, texture, a leaf, red. Round 5; Bird, squares, something transparent, Blue, a found object. Round #6 Music, a stamp, diamonds, lace, purple.

I hope these 'themes' help those of us that need a starting point. You'll also have the owners guidelines to help you with a style.

Take a Ladybird or Little Golden Book or equivalent, at least 5 double page spreads. Decide if you want a particular theme or style for your book and note that inside the front cover along with your name, SB name, email address, mailing address and the name of the swap. Also let your swap partners know if you have specific things you do NOT want in your book/journal. . No bulky 3D elements as it can make postage difficult. Small pockets, ribbons etc are fine.

Include a note to your partner about how you created your spread.
