Response: Aw, I'm really happy you like it so much! Thanks for the lovely comment. :)
Response: Really glad you like it - thank you! :)
Response: Aw, thanks for all the lovely comments, Sherry, and really glad you enjoyed the zine. :) You can see larger images of most of the original collages (not in artistamped form) either in my Etsy shop or on my blog (links above!).
Response: This was a really fun swap & I'm looking forward to sharing all the promos. :)
Response: Thanks for all the lovely comments. Looking forward to sharing our promos with our customers! :)
Response: You're welcome! (Would love to see if you ever stitch one!) :)
Response: You're very welcome - I was glad to be able to make the patterns into a zine for somebody who would appreciate them! :)
Response: (Sorry for delayed response!) Really glad the self-mailer arrived safely, and the contents, too (was really worried I should have used a seal for security). Hope you have fun with your own generation of self-mailers. :)
Response: So relieved the contents arrived safely as well as the tangelope! Also, my husband said I had made it too difficult for the post-people to distinguish the postage from the printed stamps, so I'm happy to be able to prove him wrong! ;)
Response: Aw, really glad that you like it so much! I use an open source, freeware program called Apache Open Office Draw (available to download free here: http://www.openoffice.org/). If you download the program, I have a basic mini zine template I can share with you (inc. a few tips!) - just ask. :)
Response: Ha ha - really glad it could immediately be put to use! Hope you had fun folding & designing your own 'tangelopes'. :)
Response: Really glad that it arrived safely & that you like it so much - enjoy! :)
Response: Aw, I'm really glad you like it so much! The stamps are vintage ones, so you're unlikely to get very many similar on swaps! ;) (I seek them out on ebay etc.) And don't worry, the postcard is still interactive (or at least dual-function!) if you use it is a bookmark, whether you have cut it first, or not. :)
Response: Really glad you like the colours and the stampiness! :)
Response: Very glad you liked it! Although 2nd in a series, it's very different from my 'usual' zines, so it's great to get some positive feedback. :)
Response: Awesome - really glad you enjoyed the zine & also the stamps on the envelope! :)
Response: Aw, glad you liked it so much - thanks for the great comments! :)
Response: Glad you liked the Earth Day zine - I had so many ideas it was difficult scaling them back to fit into a mini zine!
Response: Aw, that's really nice - thank you. :) The versions I made for this swap were ever so slightly different from the one in my Etsy shop, so you have a 'collectors edition'! ;)
Response: You're welcome! ;)
Response: Glad you liked it! :)
Response: So glad you liked it Robin! The project was more of a challenge than I anticipated, but I definitely had fun with it. :)
Response: Aw, thanks for the heart & kind words.:) I read your profile before sending & was afraid it wouldn't be your kind of thing, so I really appreciate your appreciation!
Response: You're welcome. :)
Response: Would love to see the results if you try it out! :)
Response: Glad you like the poems - I was afraid they were a little bit dark!
Response: I'm glad it finally reached you, and especially glad that you enjoyed it! :)
Response: Probably says something about my psyche that the words that jump out to me to highlight are the dark ones. But as my source material was the Brothers Grimm, I blame them! ;)
Response: Ha ha; glad you like it. :) I've always felt a bit of sympathy for this young girl who falls asleep then finds herself forced to marry some random stranger who has broken into her bedroom. Thanks for the kind comments, I appreciate it!
Response: Thanks, Brit. I was quite pleased with the thorny border vintage illustration to complement my prickly princess, but I do apologise again for the mess I made of applying the laminate... :S
Response: Glad you like it. :)
Response: It's definitely not a cut & dried affair; but I don't think there's just one solution to the mystery either... ;) Glad you like the zine & 'accessories'. :)
Response: Really glad it reached you safely & especially that it made you smile. :) (If you have access to a camera or scanner, would you be able to send me a pic, so I can see how it fared thru the postal system?) Yours is my only prototype so far with the 'stamp' woven in integrally, so it is very definitely one of a kind! ;)
Response: Glad you like it. :) My 'stock-in-trade' is fairy tale newspapers but I wanted to branch out & do something a bit different for this one - a challenge to myself! ;)
Response: So glad that it reached you safely & especially that you like it so much. :) I challenged myself to go a bit beyond the workbook itself, which meant a lot of work, but I was happy with the result!
Response: Yup, the idea of this one definitely ran away with me a little bit. Glad you like it! :)
Response: Glad you like them. Faux postage is one of my favourite things, so I hope you enjoy playing with the project, too. :)

Response: Yay, it reached you before Christmas! I was slightly afraid I was teaching my grandma to suck eggs with the subject of this one (no offence intended!), you being the queen of mail art and all; so I'm really glad you enjoyed it. :) Planning another artistamp swap or two for the new year - maybe I'll see you there...
Response: Really glad you like it; I had fun putting everything together. Merry Christmas! :)
Response: So glad that you like the booklet - I put a lot of time & tweaking into this set of artistamps so it's lovely to know they're appreciated. :) Please use rather than frame them, though! ;)

Response: Sorry for late response, but glad you enjoyed the zines - let me know how you get on with the rapunzel!
Response: Apologies for the late response, but I'm really glad you enjoyed what I sent! :)
Response: Fair enough & each to their own - I always prefer a zine with something to read. :) This one was a bit of a departure from my usual style and subject; but I do appreciate it wasn't going to be to everybody's taste.
Response: Glad that you like it! This zine was a bit different from my usual thing, but it was time to try something new... :)

Response: So glad you enjoyed it - I had lots of fun putting it together. :)
Response: Glad you found it entertaining! :) Sadly, I'm powerless to resist terrible puns & when the CoCo/cocoa got into my head I just couldn't help myself...
Response: Thank you - I'm really glad you like it! Hope that the diagrams are clear enough for you to fold your own. :)
Response: Very glad that you enjoyed the little package - I had much fun designing the coupon book. :)
Response: Aw, thanks - glad you like it. :) I use Open Office, which is free to download here: http://www.openoffice.org/
Response: Glad you enjoyed them. :)
Response: Glad you like! :)
Response: Oh no - so sorry about the illegibility of the list; I really should have checked more thoroughly before sending out. I'm away from home at the moment, but have my laptop with me, so will send you a PM with the list later today. Thanks for all your other kind words, and I really hope you enjoy the book! :)
Response: Awesome, I'm really glad you liked your little collection! :)
Response: Very happy you like the zine! :)
Response: Glad you like it - thank you! :)
Response: Very glad you enjoyed them. :) There are one or two of the Goblin Market links that I haven't quite activated, yet, but they are in progress & should be up & running very soon!
Response: Oh! Let me know if you can't access the download for any reason & I'll send you a direct link by PM. Glad you like the one I sent. :)
Response: Ha ha - awesome! I'm really glad you liked it. :) I did get a little bit carried away with the idea, once I got started... ;)
Response: So glad that you like it! :) I had lots of fun playing with design once I found the 'swarming rats' clip art. Hope you enjoy your copy of Enchanted Times. :)
Response: Glad you like it. :) I'd been intending to write something Rumpelstiltskin for ages, so your list of favourites finally gave me the push!
Response: So glad everything arrived safely & that you enjoyed your grab bag! I had fun choosing things for you, & making a couple of new bits & bobs to suit your favourites. :)
Response: I struggled to find something I thought you would like based on your BC bookshelf/wishlist (wide-ranging but totally different to my own interests!) so settled for something based around a classic (which I was keen to keep moving after picking up at my local OBCZ). I hope you will find it interesting, but if not, hopefully another BookCrosser out there will be its long lost soul mate! ;)
Response: I actually found the daily doodling a real challenge, but there are definitely elements from the project that I will recycle so I am glad I went through with it! Glad you enjoyed the zine. :)
Response: I'm really glad that the re-send reached you safely, and thrilled that you like it so much. :) Let me know if you need any further info re. the stitch binding - I have written instructions available on request! ;)
Response: Glad the re-send reached you safely & that you enjoyed it. I don't actually do a lot of hand-drawn stuff, so it was a bit scary for me, but I did really enjoy the project in the end, especially the borders & the pebbles. Glad you liked them too! :)
Response: Really glad you like them! :)
Response: You're very welcome. :) I'm glad you enjoyed both swap & artistamps. :)
Response: Very glad that you like the booklet - I had fun putting it together. :)
Response: Awesome - I'm really happy that you like it! I can't wait to see your own artistamps. :)
Response: So glad that you like it. :) It was a fun swap for me to put together.
Response: I really enjoyed the challenge I set myself with this project, so I'm really glad you like it! :)
Response: I had lots of fun with this one, so glad you enjoyed it. :) As always, I am eagerly awaiting your own packet of enchantment. :)
Response: I had fun with the idea, so glad you enjoyed it! :)
Response: Here's hoping the gingerbread men don't *actually* run away from you1 ;) Glad you liked it. :)
Response: Ha ha, glad you liked it! :) Would love to see if your Borrowers ever complete the weaving. I feel kind of bad having made the acquisition in case the people who moved into the house after we left don't provide such handy crafting materials to borrow... ;)
Response: Glad that it reached you safely. The artistamps are really my favourite mail arty thing to create, so I'm glad you found them interesting. :)
Response: Aw stop it. I'm very glad you enjoyed the package. :) And I'll say yes, so long as you don't tell my husband... ;)
Response: I had fun putting it together; I'm really glad you like it. :)
Response: I'm really glad that you enjoyed it so much & hope that you have as much fun creating your own. :)
Response: Yay, glad you like it - and, of course, I couldn't have done it without you! There are some extra bits still to look forward to, when I eventually put together the revised version, in another couple of months, but I'm really happy with the current version, too. :)
Response: Glad you like it. :) The idea had been buzzing around in my head for so long it's a relief to finally get it on paper!
Response: Glad you like. :) Designing the packaging for the buttons was probably my favourite part!
Response: Hee hee - glad you liked it. I didn't really have any idea where the story was going to go until I started to write it, but as you can see, there was no way it would all have fit into the front page alone! Looking forward to seeing yours. :)
Response: Hope you enjoy them, and look forward to swapping with you in the ZMACS group, soon. :)
Response: Really glad they are something you will be able to use. Enjoy!
Response: Wow - that arrived super-quick! Glad you like. :)
Response: Aw, thanks so much for the kind words. I'm really glad you like them - I had lots of fun creating. :)
Response: Glad you like - I had fun with them! :)
Response: Oh! I assumed I had already sent you one in the past! I'm sure I will be sending to you again sometime in the near future, so I will be sure to include an extra zine Bomb, just for you. :) And so glad the package finally arrived!
Response: I'm very glad that you enjoyed your month of Sunday mail. :)
Response: Glad the package eventually arrived!
Response: So glad you enjoyed your swap of dandelion-ness. :)
Response: Glad the package arrived safely & that you enjoyed it. :) Geld is german for money (notgeld - according to Google translate - translates literally as not-money, presumably because it was used instead of 'real' money). But yes, geld does also mean gold. I couldn't believe it when I stumbled across the designs, as they are so well done, yet I hadn't seen them at all previously through all of my Pied Piper research (I've done quite a lot lately!). Happy to share. :)
Response: Oh no, I'm so sorry! I guess a box would have been better... :( Well, I'm glad you enjoyed the concept, anyway...
Response: Glad you enjoyed the package & pages. :) Have fun mix & matching!
Response: At least I know one of my partners might actually doodle some raindrops. ;)
Response: Yay! Have fun mix & matching with the rest of the pages you receive. :)
Response: Aw stop it, you'll make me blush! I'm really glad you enjoyed your club package so much. It was lots of work, but I enjoyed putting it all together. :)
Response: I'm glad you enjoyed your package. :)
Response: Glad you enjoyed the gallery zine & thanks again for all your contributions to the project! Hope I will see your artistamps when you eventually take the plunge... :)
Response: Glad you enjoyed your little package of postal fun. :)
Response: Very glad you enjoyed your package so much - I had fun putting it together. :)
Response: So glad you enjoyed the stamp & story - I enjoyed putting it all together. :)
Response: I had lots of fun designing my first First Day Cover, so I'm glad you like it. Thanks for the kind comments. :)
Response: Ha ha - yes, take care of them they'll be worth a fortune, one day! ;) Seriously, though, glad you like. :)
Response: It was my first First Day Cover, but I really enjoyed designing it, so I'm glad you enjoyed the results. Welcome to Tangledom, the place where my inner hippie finds expression! ;)
Response: The hand-carved element was a challenge for me (not my most natural environment!) but I'm really glad you enjoyed the results. :)
Response: Glad you like :)
Response: Hope you enjoy the content as much as the presentation. ;) Thanks for your lovely comment.
Response: Glad it arrived safely - hope you can use the postmark stamp. :)
Response: Really glad you enjoyed the stamp booklet & envelope - I had great fun putting it all together. :)
Response: Thanks! I was pleased with the way the envelopes turned out - glad you liked them :)
Response: Aw, thanks for all the lovely comments - very glad you enjoyed it so much! :D
Response: Glad you like it/them. I think we all did a great job on our collaborative zine! :)
Response: I'm really glad you enjoyed the pages & the zine. I hadn't quite anticipated the amount of printing & folding required before I began, but I think it was definitely worth the effort. :)
Response: So glad you enjoyed the package - it's always especially reassuring to get feedback on the stories, so thank you. :) Please feel free to review the book for a future Mirror supplement... ;)
Response: I had lots of fun putting it together, so I'm really happy that you like it so much! :D
Response: Yes, I think I did somewhat underestimate the amount of printing & folding that would be involved; but it was a fun project, and it was worth it! :)
Response: Glad this one arrived safely! :)
Response: Glad you like it! Thanks again for contributing. :)
Response: Yay! Glad you like it! :D
Response: Oh, I'm so glad you like it! It was definitely a challenge for me, finding a way to 'frame' the letter, without my usual accessories to hand - but once I found that awesome 70s book, it all came together. Even the Post Office lady was fascinated by the envelope (hope the postage label didn't ruin the aesthetics - I forgot to ask for stamps! :( ).
Response: I was just glad I managed to find a way to make a cover & get it bound while I was away from home! You're right, I do tend to keep my personal life to myself, so you're one of the honoured few. ;)
P.S. Being out of my usual routine, I forgot to ask the Post Office lady to add stamps rather than label, so I hope that didn't ruin the aesthetics too much...
Response: I'm so glad that you like the zine! Hope to see your artistamps in the future. :)
Response: Glad you found the collection interesting. I'll look forward to seeing your first zine at some point in the future! ;)
Response: Glad you liked it. :)
Response: Glad you like it - have fun!
Response: Well, considering that receiving your own mini zine of craftiness was partially what spurred me on with this one, I would be more than happy to swap with you regularly - let's talk! I'm really happy that you enjoyed the zine, with or without your glasses! :)
Response: Hurrah - I'm very happy that you like it so much. :)
Response: Hurrah! Glad you like it. :D
Response: Oh, such a relief that you like it! I was really worried about the hand-carved cancellation. Other than that, I really enjoyed putting it together! Hope you enjoy your tenure as Travelling Post Officer. ;)
Response: I have LOTS of purpley inks - which one was it you liked?
Response: I'm so happy that you like it so much. :) I don't make ATCs myself, but I hoped the graph paper would be useful for layout etc. I'm glad you'll be able to use it. :)
Response: I didn't even realise I'd used the same fabric (the one in the photo was actually one of my zines, not a notebook - I cheated!)! I actually made up this particular notebook on the morning I sent it out, after after checking your profile for favourite themes, and seeing what colours I had in my fabric stash that matched your preferences. I'm glad you like the notebook. :)
Response: Oh, that's a relief! I was afraid the string would get mangled by the machines or confiscated by quarantine! Glad you like it. :)
Response: Glad it arrived safely. :)
Response: I'm really glad you like it. :) The idea came to me as soon as I read your profile, so I'm glad it turned out okay!
Response: Glad it arrived safely - it's amazing that just a couple of tucks & folds can be so secure, isn't it?! I've been playing with more self-mailers, so you will probably see more of my experiments soon - would love to see if you do try out the mini weaving loom! :D
Response: Hurrah - I'm relieved that contents didn't escape en route - that was my main worry given that this particular self-mailer seals by tucking rather than glue or tape. Enjoy! :)
Response: I'm glad that they reached you eventually (I was starting to worry!) - hope you enjoy playing with them :)
Response: I'm glad that they arrived safely, and happy that you enjoyed the zines. :)
Response: Happy that you like your little package so much. :)
Response: Glad that the postcard reached you safely - I was slightly worried about all the overlapping postage! Just in case it wasn't clear from my note, you need to cut the postcard in half (along the dotted line) to 'release' the ATC. :)
Response: I think this stamp design may still need a little fine-tuning, but I'm glad you like it. :) I hadn't heard of Donald Evans, but having looked him up, yes, I am now a fan!
Response: Glad you like the stamps & happy to have provided inspiration!
Response: You are very welcome :)
Response: Glad you enjoyed the zine (& envelope!) - thanks again for joining the project :)
Response: Apologies for the confusion over this (re. your PM): you need to cut the postcard in half, and then you have a stamped, signed and dated ATC that has travelled through the mail naked. I hope that clarifies, a little! :)
Response: I'm really glad that you enjoyed the zines so much. :) Thanks for your contributions - couldn't have done it without you! ;)
Response: I'm glad you enjoyed the package, and that the velcro stood the test of postage (not the intended manner of closure, but the best I could come up with when the original plan went awry!).
Response: I'm really glad you enjoy the zines so much - thank you so much for your awesome contribution; it's much appreciated! :)
Response: The biggest relief is that it reached you safely - I was afraid the address labels would peel off, as I have not tried that 'technique' before. But thank you also for your lovely comments about the contents - I spent a lot of time choosing and compiling, so I'm really glad that you like it so much. :-)
Response: It's interesting how the fashions and patterns vary, isn't it? I'm glad you enjoyed the package. :-)
Response: I'm so glad you enjoyed the zines (there is one more on the way to you) - and the envelope! :-)
Response: I loved your ATC and was so happy to be able to include it in the zine - thank you for playing. :-)
Response: Thanks for playing! I really enjoyed your contributions so I'm glad you like the resulting zines. :-)
Response: Happy that you iike them :-). Thank you!
Response: Aw, I'm really glad you like it so much :-). I had fun designing a new stamp, & the booklet to go with it. (BTW, please feel free to add your own artistamp to the postcard & pass it on!)
Response: Glad you like it - hope you're not getting too bored with my stuff... :-) (P.S. Don't think I've ever been called 'elegant', before! ;-) )
Response: I'm so relieved you like the colours - I was a bit worried! I really enjoyed stitching the box & was pleased with the way it turned out (but I hope the glue held the box together? I was having some 'issues' with it!). Have fun doodling! :-)
Response: Hurrah for mail not being crushed in transit! I'm glad you enjoyed your package/contents. :-)
Response: I'm really glad you enjoyed the package :-)
Response: Glad you liked it - looking forward to yours :-)
Response: Thanks for your rating :-). Hope you liked it!
Response: Glad you like it :-). I think the paper I used for this one was sugar paper (you might know it as construction paper). The Earth Day zine was on a recycled paper embedded with lavender. I always use recycled paper, but I don't like the bland 'crisp white' recycled paper you can get now, and try to avoid it for smaller projects.
Response: Yay, that arrived really quickly! And I'm happy it didn't get tangled up in the machines en route :-D (fingers crossed yours survives likewise!). The stitch is just basic backstitch, then I've whip-stitched back through the surface loops, to give the raised & tweeded appearance - very easy!
Response: I hope you like the set. Did the crayons arrive in one piece (I mean, unbroken)?
Response: Yay - very happy you like your little package so much :-). Thanks for all the lovely comments!
Response: Thanks for all the lovely comments - I'm happy that you are so happy with your little package :-)
Response: Glad you like it! :-) About.com suggested mixing together "equal proportions of white vinegar and craft glue" for a vegan envelope glue. Doesn't sound very appetising, though! I have a recipe for a vegetarian envelope glue - I'll PM it to you; maybe you can find a vegan substitute for some of the ingredients...
Response: I'm really glad you like the package - sorry it was so early! ;-)
Response: I'm really glad you like it. :-) When I saw the request for carving blocks on your profile, the rest of the package just fell into place!
Response: I'm really glad you enjoyed the package :-). I look forward to seeing yours!
Response: Aw thanks - I'm glad you like it so much. I enjoyed putting it together. :-)
Response: I'm happy you like it so much :-). I had lots of fun putting it together!
Response: Thank you :-) - I had lots of fun putting it together.
Response: I'm really glad you enjoyed it :-). Faux postage is one of my favourite things, & it's fun for me to find new ways of presenting it!
Response: Wow, that arrived quickly! I'm really glad your little parcel of postal goodness made you smile - I had fun putting it together :-).
Response: Thanks - I'm really glad you like them :-). It's fun to play with the expected format of a zine - I'm always adding pockets & extra bits, just to entertain myself, as much as anything! Good luck with your future zining! :-)
Response: Thanks, Robin :-). ATCs really don't come naturally to me, but that's a good excuse to practise!
Response: Aw thanks - hope the seeds grow for you :-)
Response: Glad you like them :-)

Response: Oh, I'm so glad it arrived - I was worried about that one! I know, I do feel like I was very mean to Frog, but I'm really happy you enjoyed the package. The paper & fabric match because I drew the design then printed both paper & fabric on my inkjet printer. I can't for the life of me remember how I packaged this one, though!

Response: Yes, the box doesn't really explode, I promise! Glad it reached you safely. :-)
Response: Glad you enjoyed my faux postage 'extravaganza'! I can share my recipe for lick'n'stick glue, if you like - but as you have actual, real postage stamp paper, you probably don't really need it :-p
Response: Glad you like the story - it's a bit bigger than a traditional mini-zine, but it was one of those times when the idea just grew!

Response: Excellent! :-) Hope you make some of your own to go with them!
Response: That's true - I hadn't actually considered that the zines would be in the wrong language for your country! Maybe zinebomb a classroom that teaches English & they could use them as teaching aids... ;-) (P.S. I'm really glad it arrived in good time with these weird postal strikes we're having, so thanks for rating promptly!)
Response: The little details are the fun part ;-). I'm really glad you like the club. I can't wait to run this swap again!
Response: Yeah, there would have been more point in sealing it if it had been mailed separately, but half the fun is in the fact you have to open it, so I decided to seal it so you could still pretend, even though it came in a bundle with other stuff. I'm glad you like the zine :-).

Response: Eek - sorry I forgot to mark the swap details (I've just made a beautiful little pile of swap cards so shouldn't be making the same mistake on future occasions). BTW I *really* don't recommend the hand-perforating route - my arm muscles ached for the next 3 days!
Response: I'm really glad you like it :-) - and also glad it arrived safely (I was a bit worried the parcel was too small). You say you hadn't heard of Baba Yaga before, and hopefully, with this kit to hand, you will never have to meet her!
