Swap description: Classics of the Future
Which book do you think should be considered a classic of literature, 50 or 100 years from now? (Which book you think will be considered a classic is a different question!) Anything published since 1980 is fair game.
Send your partner a copy of your chosen Future Classic, including a note about why you think it deserves to be remembered (think about plot, theme/s, writing quality etc).
I know I'm going to have difficulty in choosing just one, so please also include a list of your Top 5 (or Top 10, if you like!) Future Classics
Swap requirements
- Swappers must have no late swaps on their dashboard, no 3 ratings in the last 3 months, and no 1 ratings in the last 12 months. I will check before assigning partners.
- Swappers will send one book which they consider worthy of 'classic' status for future generations, plus a note about their choice, and a Top 5 list of other potential future classics. (The book sent should be featured on the Top 5 list but does not need to be in the #1 spot.)
- Books sent may be new, second-hand or previously crossed but must be in good, readable condition and registered with a BCID from the official BookCrossing website.
- Please make a BookCrossing journal entry upon receiving your swap, as well as rating your partner.
- Send on time!
