Happy to report that I am now an official "responder" to the cell therapy I received over the summer to treat stage 4 cancer. I'm still being monitored periodically at the NIH in Bethesda, MD. Hoping the good news continues! Details on my blog (see link above).

I tend toward biographies and how-to books, but have enjoyed reading Harry Potter, Narnia, and others out loud to my children.

Hey lady, just checking up on you. I read the most recent good news post on your blog. Hope you are still NED!
Hope you are having a most blessed holiday season, Celine. Merry Christmas!
Oh, Celine! This calendar!! You have amazing talent. Such wonderful images and colors. It's really hard to pick a favorite.... maybe November? (But I might be biased by my love for pie. :) ) Thank you SO, so much!
It's a "no more chemo!" dance party!
I tried commenting on your blog today, but am not sure it stuck. In any case, I'm hoping and praying for amazing results, and peace for you.
Celine, THANK YOU for the lovely calendar! This might be one of the most meaningful things I've ever received from a SB person. I love that it features your art, and I love that I can use it all year, and I love that it reminds me to keep praying for you. I'm glad you got the courage to push forward with your art. :)
