PLEASE NOTE: I always mark my overseas declaration value as under $5, regardless of the value of the package. I was advised to do this to avoid "lost mail" at the hands of dishonest postal workers. So please don't look at the value I have written on the declaration and think I have skimped on your swap. I always put thought and money into my swaps, and I hope you enjoy what I send :)

• If for some reason your swap doesn't arrive, PLEASE message me and let me know. International postage can be slow, especially to and from Australia. I always allow a month before messaging people about swaps. I ALWAYS send my swaps, and if there is ever a reason I may be delayed I PROMISE to send a message and let you know. I ask that you please do the same. If a month has passed and you still don't receive anything from me I will re-send.

• Because of my work hours I often have to prepare my packages and give them to my husband to post for me. He works as emergency response at the local copper mine and there have been 2 occasions now where he has been called back to work and has not got the packages to the post office on that day. If the postmark is a day later, this is why.

A couple of months ago I was watching The Adventures Of The Travelling Pants and it gave me the idea of hosting a travelling apron swap!

I created The Adventures Of The Travelling Apron and I'll be hosting it every month. I'm really excited about this swap and I'm really hoping it takes off!

I am a married mother of 2. I work 5 days a week and in my spare time I love cooking, watching movies and writing letters! I love opening the mail box and seeing something other than bills!!! :)

UPDATE 16/10/14: I have sent several messages and left a comment on the profile of the person who gave me this rating. I have had no response to any of my messages. I would also like to mention that for this swap we had 3 partners. This swapper gave a rating of 1 to all 3 of her partners on the same day and has not communicated with any of us. Also, she has only been rated by 1 of her partners, with 2 people still waiting to receive their swap.

UPDATE 20/10/14: This package was returned to me today with a "wrong address" sticker on it. I double checked Jodie's address against the one on the swap and I had it written correctly. This swapper has either moved house or written her address wrongly when signing up.

I am absolutely in love with Greece and I love to receive anything from there.

My Greek obsession began when I was just 12 years old, and 12 years later in 2000 my husband and I spent 2 wonderful months travelling this beautiful country.
