Response: I thought you'd appreciate that stamp :-). The European postal organisations decided to each issue a stamp set based on children's books, and the Royal Mail chose Winnie the Pooh.
Response: Not me - I've sent out the Cook and Pearce ones before, but not together and not the Scudder one, and I haven't sent to you before, at least not unless you have changed your username. I find it interesting that someone else chose the same quotes, though.
Response: I'm glad you like them. Thanks for the heart!
Response: I'm glad you liked them - thanks for the heart!

Response: I'm glad you like the ATC and the quote book/charm. :-)
Response: I'm glad you like the chocolate -it's one of my favourites too. It's not my first notebook, just the first using that method of attaching the cover. I'm glad you like that too. I love that red washi paper.
Response: Well, the Flickr problem was my fault, so the least I could do was fix it promptly. I am looking forward to seeing what you do with the doodle. :-)
Response: Wow, that got to you quickly considering our mail strikes and Malaysia's reputation for mail problems. The hearts were drawn with an embossing pen and then I used red heat-embossing powder. Thank you for the heart!
Response: LOL, it is usually just a scrawl as I spend so much time using a keyboard I forget how to write. I must have been particularly careful that day. Thanks for the heart!
Response: LOL {{{ hugs }}}
Response: Thanks! I'm glad you like it. I've made quite a few ATCs, and I got a card-making friend to give me some feedback. :-)
Response: you are welcome! I am glad you like it.

Response: Wow, that one really was snail mail - 7 weeks!
Response: I'm glad you like it! :-)
Response: Wow, that arrived quickly! I'm glad you like it. :-)
Response: I'm glad you like it all - I've had the fabric for a while, having sent the other half to a chocolatier friend, but seeing that batik that day in a store which does not usually sell it was pure chance. I was too rushed to look at other colours, but I went back the next week and bought 8 different ones for myself. As for the chocolate, you can't have too many new types to try, can you? :-)
Response: I'm glad it got through safely and that you like it. I'd love to send you a fabric card some time, if I draw you as a partner or as a private swap. Today has been a happy day, and your heart made it even happier. :-)
Response: I am so glad you like it! :-)
Response: LOL, we can trade again sometime if you crave the chocolate too much. I'm glad you like the cat fabric. :-)
Response: Thank you very much for your generous rating. I am so glad you like it.
Response: Thank you for your very kind rating!
Response: Yes, I'm a spinner, but not a very talented or productive one. I just find it relaxing. :-)
Response: I'm glad you liked them - from your profile, I thought you would. :-)
Response: Oh, I didn't realise you had lived over here! I just noticed that you like travel and "touristy tid-bits". I'm glad the card brought back good memories. :-)
Response: I'm glad you like it - after I made it, I started to doubt whether I'd remembered correctly that you like maths. :-)
Response: LOL, no problem. I was only concerned I might need to get a replacement to you before Christmas.
Response: I'm glad it finally arrived - I really thought it must have got lost.
Response: Thanks for my 100th heart! I'm glad you like it. I'm never sure how partners will respond to non-standard ATCs. Do give it a try. as they are a great way to start patchwork/quilting (as are fabric postcards).
Response: LOL, thanks for coming back to give the heart! I'm glad you like the notecards too. :-)
Response: I'm glad you like the notebook - I thought it very cute too. :-)
Response: I'm glad you liked it.
The owl is a traditional Japanese design. There are links to 2 tutorials on my Flickr (http://www.flickr.com/photos/spinjenny/2808067439/), as well as to JennyTheArtist's owls which initially inspired me.
Response: LOL, we both have good taste!
Response: Thanks for the heart! I've made a few of the individual elements for a couple of the ones I found on youtube, and I've also made a 5-piece flower from "The Peace of Paper" site, but I haven't made enough of any of them to assemble into a kusudama yet. I will eventually, though.
Response: Thanks! I 'm glad you liked it. It gave me a good giggle. :)
Response: Thank you for the heart, and I am so glad you like the card! I am also very, very relieved that it made it to you safely, as it is the first time I've risked adding beads to a 'naked' postcard.
Response: Thanks for the heart! I'm glad you like it. I saw the Pooh reference in your profile, so I knew that card needed to be yours. :-)
Response: I'm so glad you like it! I had great fun shopping for it. :-)
Response: I'm glad you liked them, and that they arrived at such a useful time. :-)

Response: No worries! I am patient. :-)
Response: Thanks, Kathleen!
Response: I'm glad you like it - I think it is spectacular. Actually, they don't cost any more to send from the UK, though they do cost more to buy. They are worth it, though!
Response: I'm glad you like it!
Response: Wow, that was FAST!!! Don't eat them all at once ... :-)
Response: I'm glad you like it. I saw your profile and immediately thought of that card, then when checked it turned out to be the ideal size to convert into a postcard - it had to be fate!
Response: I'm glad you like him - he needed a good home, and loves to travel. :-)
Response: I love giving people chocolate! I hope you enjoy them all.
Response: Thanks, Kaye! It is just the heaviest weight ordinary non-fusible interfacing, but I used 2 layers to stiffen it more. I don't have access to the special interfacings like Timtex or Peltex locally.
Response: Thanks for the heart! I 'drew' the Y shape by creating it as text in Corel Draw (though you could do it in a program like Word, I am sure), playing around with font size till it was right, then printed it and cut it out to form a background stencil. Then I just played with the Ys from my alphabet stamps and suitable colour ink pads, finishing with embossing powder - effective but quite simple in principle.
Response: Thanks! That was the one that pleased me most as it was pure serendipity, and if I hadn't been doing this project, I would not have had a camera with me to record it.
Response: My husband found that paper in an art shop near his workplace and realised I would love it for papercrafts. The shop owner said he had it for years and had no idea where he got it. We bought almost all his stock - 8 A4 sheets. It has an amazing hand, like cloth.
Response: I'm glad you and TiaBel both liked that word - discovering it made me smile. I wish we had an English word for it.
Response: I'm glad you liked it, sara. It isn't typical of bobbin lace, but the snakes are quite easy. I don't do much lace lately, but it is nice to have an excuse to do a bit more every now and then. Here are a couple of links to basic instructions:

Response: I am glad you liked them. Yes, I wove the tabletwoven one myself.
