I'm an aspiring writer who loves living in the Pacific Northwest. I'm married to a professional chef and love great food. I have two cats and live in a 1909 Craftsman bungalow my husband and I renovated ourselves.

We believe in living as sustainably as we can, try to eat organic and local as much as possible (though that doesn't necessarily mean healthy -- I have the worse sweet tooth!), and do our best to live by the "reduce, reuse, recycle" mantra. I like finding new uses for old things, and repurposing wherever I can. Vintage anything is awesome.

My three vices are books, movies/TV shows, and music. I also enjoy crafts, especially collage. Oh, and I love, love, love doing bento. Love bubble baths and girly lotion-y type things, cute and funky decorations for my garden, and I'm collecting whimsical and intriguing things to decorate my creative space, which I hope to put together in the next few years.

Favorite color is purple, love color generally, especially love jewel-tone colors. Also, anything to do with England, Ireland, Scotland, or France is sure to pique my interest.
