About Me

First of all, let me just say, I don't want YOU to STRESS about what to send me. I am easily pleased....Have fun!

My name is Tammie, I just turned 50 and after many years, I now have a love of hand sewing and textile art. I love natural fabrics such as linen, cotton, wool and hemp. I include a variety of things in my little folksy pieces like beads, buttons and various trims. Sometimes abstract, some times sweet and homespun. I like to repair old quilts with lace doilies and decorative embroidery. I find boro inspired mending techniques relaxing.

You have no idea how happy I am to know my package arrived. I wanted you to have this book so much. I framed your little dog and it's with me all day on my desk, next to the lady with the green hair. They light up in my workroom. Knowing the dogbook is with you now, gives me so much pleasure. Imagine, only a few weeks ago it was here with me and now it's with you to enjoy!
