Single gal living in Philly and wishing she was in Venice, or Florence, or Lucca...oh hell anywhere in Italy! I am slightly gadget impaired, although totally in love with them; I confess to having separation anxiety when my iPod is left behind. My only children are my two cats, Artemis and Tosca. I stalk people with dogs- golly, I want one...sigh.

Favorite Music

My musical taste are pretty varied. Love opera, world music, 80s New Wave, Bossa Nova, rock, American standards and lounge. I am not much into jazz or country.

Favorite Crafts

I am all about fiber...knitting, felting, quilting. I would love to try spinning, but have been forced by my sister not to take it up. Self-confessed yarn-slut/snob.

Love photography, but do little with it. I have been experimenting with printing the pictures on fabric. Scrapbooking is not my thing.

Comment: Your post card reminds me of a great visit my mother and I had 13 years ago. We visited a friend in Philadelphia and one of the things she showed us was the boat houses.
Response: They just completed a lighting project on them with LED lights. They were pink for Breast Cancer Awareness month- V. cool!

10 days after I mailed you the tinkerbell key chain... it was returend to me without tink!... it was half the envelope... I guess it got mangled from the post??? Weird... that has never happened to me before... I am really sorry... I may be able to find something else for you or to cheer up your friend... Just send me your address again...and some ideas!!!
