I am currently a stay at home mom with my first son and looking to meet new people and friends. I may not have ratings yet but am very interested in swapping slowly at first and then hitting the ground running when I get the hang of this site.
I love the color orange but hate red (weird I know) My color pallet is normally cooler colors when I shop or create, although I am trying to break away from that.
I LOVE Owls and Zombies...kinda out there I know. I also love Comic Books (it was something I never grew out of as a child and hope to pass it on to my son when he is older.)
I WILL RATE
I will also send you a message if I do not recieve the items from a swap with in a timely fashion (about 2 weeks for the USA and 4 weeks for anywhere else)
If you do not recieve something from me please message me to give me an opertunity to correct the issue before you rate.
I am willing to work through any situation to make sure everyone is happy in the end.
Indie Rock-Group love, foster the People, Girl in a Coma, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Hot Hot Heat, Indie-Goldfrapp, Santigold, Edward Sharpie and the Magnetic Zeros Hip Hop-Eyedea, Mac Lethal K pop- 2NE1 Metal/Rock-MSI, Every time I die
I don't really get into newer rap & pop.
My all time favorite book is Les Misrables by Victor Hugo, The Great Gaspy by F. Scott Fitzgerald, anything by Dean Koontz, Anne Rice, and loved every Sookie Stackhouse book by Charlene Harris.
Since I was a little child my favorite movie has been Legend with Tom Cruise. I love all musicals (I was raised on them) but my favorite is Oklahoma.
I don't watch much TV but The Walking Dead on AMC (I do have an obsession with zombies), TruBlood on HBO (I told you I loved the Sookie Stackhouse books right?), and Shameless on Showtime.
I have a degree in fashion design so I guess sewing would be number one, but I have drawn, painted, and crochet since I was a child. I really do love it all and if it is something I've never done before I get supper excited to try it!
Things that I get really giddy about... Owls
Zombie (cute ones and gory ones)
Fabric (I will take scraps, you never know what you can make with them but no flower prints, I do love Amy Butler, Riley Blake Designs, and Alexander Henry)
Anchors
Sewing supplies
Kawaii anything
Comic book
ATC
Steampunk
ART (I LOVE ART)
Books (nothing dealing with religion)
Cross stich patterns
Yarn
Zippers (you can never have to many)
Buttons (all shapes, sizes, and colors)
Scrapbook supplies (I have a son so I have plenty of photos)
Nail polish (I am very addicted to doing my nails)
Foxes
Ornate frames
Micron pens
Prismacolor anything
Stationary sets
Washi tape
Anything the color: orange, seafoam green, teal, hot pink, yellow, brown
Vintage bottles,
1960 mod fashion
peter pan collars
Video Games (Yes I am an adult but I kinda never grew out of them)
and anything new that catches my eye so I will update this list every so often
Things that don't tickle my fancy:
Candy (I do not have a sweet tooth at all)
Little girl things (I have a son so I have no use for girl things)
Religious items (I do understand the joy they bring to some but they just don't for me)
Peace Signs
Flower power
Hippy stuff in general (just not my cup of tea)
Gory Horror movies (But I love Zombies...I know, I know)

ty for joining my swap!
Aww, thank you! And the tentacle piece isn't actually an ATC - it's a series of 5"x7" panels, done for a private swap here. I appreciate your kind words on my work. :-) Have a lovely day!
Hi Erin - thanks for the heads-up about the pen pal swap! I'm looking forward to getting your letter. It's good to be back into swapping! Hope you have a great weekend, and I'll let you know when the letter arrives!
