Comment: PMed swapper in Dec 2011 to inform I didn't receive her pc. She mentioned she did send pc. I said to wait a bit since being the festive season and will contact her again after the New Year. In Feb 2012, I PMed again, but didn't get any responses till date. Left a comment on her profile too. Swapper is no longer active in swap-bot. But I believed she will certainly do a resend if she knows her pc didn't reach me. I will rerate if I ever receive pc. Sorry for rating a 1.
