Response: 15/02 Sorry I cannot answer on what has happened to this - nor can I tell you my exact date of resend as after my computer crash I do not have my excel information anymore. Sorry I don't know what else to say. I have also had some problems with a few items not being received. I will resend with tracking over the weekend. I inboxed swap host on 5 Oct and she said there was nothing I could do. I followed up again on 16 Oct.
