I am a 20 year old farm girl and adore anything homemade!

-- Currently, I'm living in Minnesota with my wonderful boyfriend Dan and our fish, birds, hamster, turtle & crab. Dan and I love to canoe, camp, hike, travel & find roadside flea markets. We also like to explore caves, eat orange rolls, and play scrabble. -- I'm also about to start my third year at the Minneapolis College of Art & Design. My major is illustration, but I have a great interest in paper & book making.

I love embellishing just about anything with buttons, beads, sequins & ribbon. I enjoy making lampshades, paper, bookmarks, jewelry, garland, pillows, ornaments, picture frames, gourd bird houses, candles, mini paintings, collages, mosaic flower pots, books, and so much more!

In the next 12 years, I plan on opening a studio/shop called "Wheatfield" in an old barn where I will sell seeds, kites, art, dried herbs, vintage aprons & linens, pottery, beeswax candles in mason jars, jam, flowers (peonies, poppies, daffodils, tulips, etc.) + much, much more. My studio will be attached to a glass greenhouse and every morning at 10 o'clock, the sun will light up the entire room and it will appear to be golden.

Anything vintage, something fruit themed (oranges, cherries, strawberries, lemons), ribbon, pretty paper, sequins, beads, lace, a scarf, a kite, thin Crayola markers, bubble bath, pressed flowers, anything turtle! I also love wood grain pattern, fake cakes, chickens, snails... chai tea, poppies, pumpkin pie, and daisies. I also love anything outdoorsy themed. Or anything mentioned above!

I once saw little ceramic avocado beads while in South Lake Tahoe, CA - I've never seen them again & I wish I'd bought 'em all! I'm constantly hunting for them.

I also really like gold bee charms and "fruit salad" style jewelry.

I love cake stands!
