My name is Pattie and I'm 41 years old...I live in Louisville, KY.

I am a career college student. I have been a non profit organization manager; A district manager for a photography company, and now do consulting work from home.

I have been married ten years to my very best friend and can't wait to spend the next 70-80 years with him, (laughing).

I enjoy photography, interior decorating, gardening, reading, biking, and writing: Journaling, poetry, and writing for children. My husband and I love to travel. I love poetry; going to museums, plays, and finding new bookstores.

My daughter works at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, in DC, and has lived in the DC Metro area since Jan. '02, (and I'm still trying to figure out how to handle the "empty nest syndrome").

I was diagnosed, on August 8th, '05, with breast cancer; ten days later I had two tumors removed; Since then, I've had four tumors and some lymph nodes removed.

I am caregiver to my parents, especially my mother, who suffers from Alzheimer's Disease and advanced heart disease, (along with a list of other health problems).

I am allergic to any type of nuts.

I collect items related to Mary Engelbreit, Debbie Mumm, Dreamsicles, Precious Moments, Thomas Kincaid, and Marjolein Bastin.

I love Victorian items, Tea cups, Tea pots, Fiestaware, Fenton Glassware, Windchimes, Stepping stones, and anything to do with gardening. Our bathroom is decorated in a Paris/France type theme and love anything to do with France. Our living room, is Victorian; Bedrooms are Country Cottage/Shabby Chic.

My favorite colors are purple, pink, and lavender.

I love anything to do with nature: Gardens, Hummingbirds, Butterflies, Deer, Daisies, Roses, Lupines, Pansies, Daisies, and Dragonflies.
