Greetings from California! I recently moved here from Arizona and I'm still trying to adjust.

I send notecards and postcards to lonely seniors every month. I belong to a few organizations with lists of names, so ask me about it if you're interested in sending them cheery notes too.

I enjoy books and audiobooks. The books I enjoy most are in the suspense/thriller genre. Authors - Ruth Ware, Riley Sager, Gillian Flynn, BA Paris, Peter Swanson, Simone St James and others.

I love shopping at thrift stores or Daiso. I usually look for stationery. I have a serious paper addiction and always buy paper/stationery when I see it. I guess it goes with my love of pen palling. I have several pen pals all over the world.

Here's what I enjoy: audiobooks, true crime podcasts, cooking (stove top, crockpot, pressure cooker), farmers markets, coffee, chai tea lattes, pen palling, making envelopes, period piece shows, Youtube videos of cute animals. I am a huge animal lover and spend time at the animal shelters.

I enjoy short road trips visiting small towns in the area as well as getting on a plane to visit friends and family.
