About Me
JUST AN FYI!! Sept/Oct 19 Currently the road in front of my home is having construction work done, which means my mailbox isn't there at the moment. They are collecting our mail at the PO for us, but bc of my working schedule I can only get there every so often - please be patient I promise I will rate you when I go to get the mail! Thank you for understanding!!
Just a mid 30s gal from the Midwest. (Born and raised in St. Louis MO - live in Illinois at the moment!)
I'm 'rejoining' the Swap-Bot community - & yes I have a few 1's. Went through a bad time (not an excuse - but hey I'll be honest) and I didn't have access to be able to get on the computer outside of work. I tried my best to send what swaps I had out at the time, but honestly I did miss a few. I've tried to contact these people - but all of the 1's have not been active in years. So thus - I have to rebuild!
As for things I love - I love to write letters (have had 'pen friends' since the 6th grade). I love letters small & long. I enjoy getting to know people through the inky trail ... Heck I just love mail that isn't a bill in general. Love to swap FBs, notecards, letter sets and small trinkets. Also very fond of nature & being outdoors. Hiking, camping, river floating, geocaching.
I love to read, so a good handmade bookmark is always lovely for a swap if you're puzzled as to what to do!
As for the type of 'themes' I like - really anything cutesy. I still am a huge fan of Sanrio & anything Hello Kitty, but I do just love about any letter set & go ga-ga over extremely cute envelopes!
Favorite Music
I tend to be all over the spectrum on this. I enjoy good ole' rock - but love country & pop as well.
Favorite Television
Oh dear. So so many shows I could go on and on. I love any real crime shows - as well as Snapped. I could binge that show all day.
As for other shows I enjoy watching at the moment. AHS, The Handmaids Tale, Big Little Lies, This is Us, Stranger Things, Sneaky Pete, Sons of Anarchy. My list can keep going ...
Favorite Crafts
I really used to be into a lot of crafts that had to do with the SB community .. but have since kind of moved on from that and like to focus a lot of my energy around my house. I love to do DIYs. I repurpose furniture, redecorate my house, build furniture, etc.
