I love to knit. It occupies way too much of my time. And space - my living room is overflowing with yarn. I work in a school, so I use my time off to go traveling. My cousin and I are competing to see who can get to the 50 US states first (I'm currently at 48 and I hope to add more soon!). I also like to travel internationally. If I'm not working, I don't want to be at home. Another interest of mine is cooking. I'm a vegetarian (much to my mother's dismay) and I enjoy seeking out fun, new recipes. Books are another passion of mine. I generally enjoy fiction... stories about people are what draw me in.

There is not enough space here to truly describe my musical interests. For starters, I am a singer, so I enjoy choral and vocal music. I enjoy mostly alternative, sing-songwriter, and 80s new wave music.
