I am rating a 3 because the swap deadline was the 15, you marked sent on the 16th, contacted me on the 20th saying you cant find anything purple, postmarked on the 25. I do not think one should mark sent unless the item was sent, it would have been better to drop a note then saying its gonna be late. Sorry.

Comment: Thanks for the funky doll! Unfortunately, this was postmarked 12 days after the swap deadline, and after you marked it as sent. While you did email me a week after the deadline, to let me know that it would be late -- that still doesn't qualify as meeting the swap requirements and I don't feel it would be honest of me to give you a '5'. If you can't make a swap deadline, it is good practice to let your partner know -before- or -on- the deadline, and not to mark 'sent' until you've actually sent something. Sorry... ETA: no mention of a returned/mangled swap was ever made. Per your email (sent a week after you marked sent) "Hi Bean..im your partner for this swap and i wanted to throw you a quick note to let you know this went out late. Have no excuse..i just screwed up and lost track of time. I apologize and hope you can understand!" --- There simply isn't enough time for you to have sent me a package one week late, have it returned mangled with nothing in it, and resend within another 5 days. (meanwhile failing to mention any of that at all.) How do you lose track of time yet manage to mark sent on the deadline date??
