About Me

I am a web designer by day and a bookworm by night. I love to craft.

I am a proud Mom of three kids and three stepkids who range in age from 12-31 yrs.

I love vintage things (or things that look vintage). One of my favorite things to do on weekends is hunt for treasures at the swap meet our thrift stores.

I like both coffee and tea-- coffee is a necessity for functioning each day, and tea is for comfort.

I am an animal lover. We currently have one elderly and sometimes grumpy, cat.

Favorite Crafts

I love anything to do with paper crafting. I joined swap-bot so that I could have an outlet and purpose for my creations.

Favorite Music

I enjoy most any type of music, but 80s music is my favorite.

Favorite Books

I am an avid reader and love to escape real life by reading. My favorite genres are fiction (with happy endings) and biographies. I adore Jane Austen and the Harry Potter series. I must confess that my guilty pleasure is to read romance books.

Favorite Television

I don't watch a lot of TV since I prefer reading, but when I do, my favorite shows are anything Star Wars (Disney+), Top Chef (Bravo), Masterpiece Theater (PBS), and Home Town (HGTV).

Favorite Movies

My favorites include the Harry Potter franchise, the Star Wars franchise, and adaptions of Jane Austen books. :)
