As long as it's a story that speaks to me, the genre is irrelevant. I like books varying form Dostoyevskij to Atwood to historical depictions and biographies.

I love my music and listen to mainly rock and punk, but my music collection includes artists ranging from 50ies rock to 70ies punk and classical music... even some opera... I don't like rap, hip hop, dance, techno, jazz or house. Some favourite bands are (in no specific order): Bad Religion, Millencolin, Hellacopters, NoFX, Marble, Lagwagon, Hello Saferide!, Die ärtze, Sator, Woven Hand, 16 Horsepower, Mustasch, Dropkick Murphys, Queens of the Stone Age, Porcupine Tree and many more.

A swede who met love and emigrated to the Netherlands. Found this seemingly great site through a link on a friend's blog. I have a bachelor's degree in english but have also studied german, political science and peace and conflict studies. I love music, reading and watching movies/series.

I am also a complete geek (met my love through an online text-based mmorpg, that says it all I think) which also shows in what tv shows I like (mythbusters and brainiac rules!).

Some of my favourite movies are: "The constant gardener", "V for Vendetta", "Roman Holiday", "Juno", "Walk the Line", "Fargo", "Breaking the Waves", "Oh brother where art thou", "Goodbye Lenin", "Reservoir Dogs", and many many more.

To relax and mainly be lazy - not a very sportive person at all. It is nice to pamper yourself every now and then :) I like colors like green, blue, purple, red... well anything except bright neon colors really, no pink or orange... :P
