I have lived in various states and countries, and enjoy traveling and exploring new places. I like to scuba dive, research genealogy, craft, quilt, and do puzzles. I enjoy going to different zoos, aquariums, and amusement parks.

Favorites:
I love Disney. My favorite characters are Olaf, Kristoff, Sven, Stitch, Tinkerbell, Peter Pan, Aladdin, Jasmine, Nemo and friends, and Eeyore. Some of my favorite animals are manatees, elephants, hippo, tapir, jellyfish, sting ray, octopus, muskox, wombats, echidna, koala, kangaroo, Scottish highland cows, whale sharks, and anything that lives on a coral reef. Baby animals of any kind are great too. I prefer not to get snakes, bugs or insects. My favorite colors are pink, purple, and lime green.

For postcards:
I am a postcard traditionalist and prefer to receive postcards that have been store bought, rather than homemade.

My favorite views are of nature (mountains, ocean, waterfalls, trees). I'd also love a postcard with one of my favorite animals on it, but I like other animals too. I love tall evergreen trees more than any other tree or plant. My yard used to be full of them.

I also love underwater postcards, especially coral reef. It reminds me of scuba diving. Turtles, corals, sharks, colorful fish, rays. Beaches or ocean landscapes with large rocks or cliffs are beautiful too.

I am really inspired by the forces of storms/ the fury of nature. Some of my favorite received postcards have images of lightning, tornadoes, or volcanoes.

Dislikes: For postcards: I prefer not to have buildings/city views, vintage, or people if possible. I also prefer not to have multi-views when possible. For sure, no nudes, and please no depictions of alcohol or cigarettes.

I have a large collection of postcards to send, and try to find something special for each person that I send to, and appreciate any time you take to try to send something to me that you think I might like as well.

For ATCs:
I typically like bright or bold colors. I like underwater themes, cute monsters and animals, holiday, plants/trees, and landscapes. I am not as interested in metal embellishments, people, browns or sepia. Of course, there are always exceptions, and I could end up loving something that I wouldn't expect to love.

I think swapping is a lot of fun because you get to be surprised by what others have created/ picked for you, while creating/ picking something for someone else.
