Hi there!

My name is Valery, I am 22 years old and I'm from Amsterdam, the Netherlands. I am a History and Art History student with a lot of side hobbies, including swaps. In the past I have done multiple trades with people I met via youtube, mostly kawaii themed. I have also had a lot of penpals, which I also loved.

In my spare time I love to write in and decorate my diary, crochet, read, watch youtube or hang out with friends. You will often find me sitting at my desk writing and sticking things in my diary or crochet something cute while I listen to some music or watch a movie. I also enjoy paper crafts so anything stationary or paper related is up my alley. I have always had a love for pretty stationary like notebooks, pens, stickers, notecards, you name it. Anything nice that can be stuck in a diary or scrapbook catches my eye :) Other hobbies of mine include singing, and drawing or painting. That's why buying lots of craft supplies is also one of my weaknesses. I in general just really love to create something I handmade. I still really love anything kawaii or japanese and in general I am really fond of everything with lots of colour, glitters or shine. I love collecting cute paper goodies and decorating swaps I'll send to people. Since I'm a history student I've also liked getting to know different cultures or old things so anything that has to do with the country you're from is also very interesting to me. Anything that's old and has an interesting history to I also really like. Art history is also one of my interests so something creative or art related I love! Especially anything baroque or rococo style :)

I sing in a choir and I have singing lessons so I love music a lot too. I enjoy all kinds of genres of music, from classical music to indie to rap to dance music. My favorite artists are Coldplay, Arctic Monkeys, Drake, Aya Nakamura, James Morrison, The Kooks, Tame Impala, Ariana Grande, Mac Demarco and The Weeknd
