I am a not your average Southern girl. I am a tattooed, happily married mom. Collector of postcards, Pez dispensers, gnomes, Buddhas, vinyl albums, pint glasses, stickers and magnets. I love karaoke & anything music related. I love rockabilly stuff and anything vintage. I also appreciate anything LGBT related.

I am married to my best friend, a police officer and the most amazing woman I have ever met. My daughter is a softball player, volleyball player, runs track & plays the trumpet in her school band. My cat is furry and lazy. My dog is big and clumsy. I love my life.

Favorite Music

Music is one of life's greatest things. Here are a few of my favorites: Avenged Sevenfold, Marilyn Manson, Green Day, System of a Down, In This Moment, Otep, The Pretty Reckless, Pink, Miranda Lambert, Janis Joplin, The Beatles, 30 Seconds to Mars, Miley Cyrus. I seriously can't list everyone I like. I would be here all night. I can appreciate any and all music.

Favorite Books

To Kill A Mockingbird, Precious, The Secret Life of Bees, Anything by Nicholas Sparks (before the movie), Postcard books :) Red Dress Ink books

Favorite Movies

My favorite movie is Dirty Dancing. Here are some others that I love: Shag, Crybaby, Pretty Woman, Foxfire, RENT, Hunger Games, Adam Sandler anything, 80's anything

Favorite Television

I am a reality tv junkie. I play Jeopardy with my wife every night.
New Girl, American Horror Story, Inkmaster, Best Ink, Face Off, Real World, How I Met Your Mother, Big Bang Theory, Baby Daddy, Big Brother, Little Women LA

Favorite Crafts

I love to make postcards from randomness. I want to become more crafty and am hoping that this will give me a reason to learn to create more things! I am picking up a new love of crazy cross-stitch...not the stuff my grandma used to make!

Comment: Great postcard! It was from a shop that I used to visit in North Beach in SF (Quantity Postcards on Grant). I was so sad when it closed (rents got too pricey), and though they've continued operations in Oakland, they're only open to the public by appointment now. I'll send you a response asap.
