It looks like the two 1's will, sadly, be staying. The 2 people involved are no longer active here :(( I will keep trying though, just in case they return! (21st July - 1 person returned and, very kindly removed the 1 she had given me, and so my 3 everlasting 1s are now 2!!!)
Please note - both these items were sent - one was sent 3 times!!!
I am a river dweller in SE England and live with my partner and my dog and cat.
I am a Pagan, rather eclectic in my beliefs and so am happy to be a Hedgewitch. Living in the country on the river also blends beautifully with my beliefs.
My son now lives with his girlfriend in Royal Tunbridge Wells. He is in the process of going through the selection process for s new job. Fingers crossed for him on that one!
For now, I have given up work and am a 'kept' woman. My partner is a marine engineer and is happy to have me at home. We are looking for a bigger boat as this one is great for weekends and holidays, but not for full time living.
I love going shopping but don't get to go too often (swapping gives me an excuse to go). I look forward to visits from the postman (although he cannot deliver to the boat).
I love anything Pagan, crystals, dragons, dolphins, anything to do with arts and crafts, teddys (especially Pooh), stationery and surprises! And dragonflies! How could I forget my love of dragonflies!!!!!!! Nature, the seasons, anything mystical, the moon, animals and birds.
I could go on, but I won't!
My favourite colours are blue and yellow, although I generally like most colours (especially metallic or shimmer). I'm not too keen on brown and do not like orange or red.
I am a wild woman!
Rock - especially Status Quo. Also Queen, Meatloaf, Phil Collins to name but a few. Have a wide love of music really. For example, I am absolutely crazy about Pan Pipes and love listening to anything which features them
Can't remember last time I went to the movies but I love Gorillas in the Mist, Dirty Dancing, Grease. One of my all time favourites is Field Of Dreams
TV reception here is not good. We try and watch the soaps (because they are easy to catch up on from the days when reception is cack) also Top Gear and any cookery programmes including the 'F' Word
Making Teddy Bears, sketching, painting, glass painting, parchmentwork, card making, ATCs and anything else which catches my eye at the time!
I will always welcome gifts for my animals.
If you send something I can't use please don't be offended if I re-gift. I would rather do that than waste something.
I do NOT gift wrap unless the swap specifically requests it. I also recycle packaging materials. I care very much about the environment and try very hard to re-use and not waste.
My favourite colours are yellow, blue, green and mauves and all metallics. I don't like red or orange and can live with most other colours
I've had to think hard about this - living on a boat doesn't give much storage or display space!!!!
Tea (fruit, herb, green) bags (please nothing which need milk - I am allergic)
Fridge magnets
Hardback sketchbook
Chinese inks
Socks - cute or pretty - UK size 8
Good quality paintbrushes, especially special effect ones
Old Bay seasoning
Crystals - tumbled or natural
Smudge stick
Embellishments for artwork and atcs
Long scarves (not knitted)
Cotton or canvas shopping bags (like Morsbags)
Bento box
ATC blanks (especially thick ones)
Hot chocolate
Runestones
Recipes for one-pot cooking
Fine drawing pens, coloured or black
Cookies/candy from your country

Hi, you've been removed from Uk Swap-bot for being inactive, when you return please rejoin :)
HAPPY CHRISTMAS FROM UK SWAP-BOT!
Please come look at the new swaps and lets get the new year off to a great start!
Nate xx
Thank you so much for the tips and supplies from my tattoo inspired ATC. Maybe next time i will be able to get a heart! Thank you very much x
Greetings Sally!
WOW...I honestly couldn't imagine living on a boat. lol. I have never been on a boat besides a Ferry, not even to go fishing...-sigh- Oh well, maybe one day that will be amended!
I am very interested in the Pagan/Wiccan ways as well. I am actually in the early stages of converting. My best friend practices and is helping me begin my path. (Thank goodness for that because I BARELY know basics, lol.)
I also noticed that you enjoy tea! I am a HUGE tea freak, lol. I have things ranging from normal Green to Mango Rose to Caramel Cherry Cheesecake! I have this one little tea shop in my local mall...♥ it!!!
Anyways, this is for the "Leave a Nice Comment on my Profile" Swap! Hope this message brightens your day and spirits!
Blessed Be.
Hello Sally, I have to admit I found a lot of things in your profile rather interesting and you also got me looking up in the internet the meaning of Hedgewitch! But apparently it has such a personal meaning that if I asked 4 different people they'd give me 4 different answers! I'm very interested in those kind of things, I used to read a lot of things about Wicca when I was younger and I'm still very much fascinated by all the non mainstream religions (which are usually the most natural, free and beautiful ones)!
Also, living on a river! That reminds me of when I was living in Finland, there were so many lakes and nature that you felt relaxed, part of a beautiful world, full of earth's energy. I guess it must feel a little bit like this, living on a boat.
This is for the "Leave a nice comment!" Swap and I have to admit I feel a little guilty. Sometimes we shouldn't need swaps to stop by and leave nice comments...so I hope this will make me more aware, when stopping by a profile, that behind that profile is actually a person that spent time writing it!
My congratulations to you regarding catching up to all those 1s, you're truly a good person and I'm happy that you're feeling better and better everyday.
Can I ask you one question? You don't need to answer, of course, but I'd really love to know...how does the post delivery works when you like on a boat? I've always lived in a very small town (with no water around whatsoever) and you probably realized by now how interested I am about the whole thing...you know, I've only ever seen people living in boats in movies!
Well, I think I asked you too many things! Have a wonderful day and I hope to swap with you again!

Hi Sally - your name makes me happy. :) I'm visiting for the read my profile and comment swap.
I'm also a hot chocolate drinker and every one of my children has been in love with Pooh at one point or another. I almost cried the other day when my youngest chose Nemo over Pooh. :(
My mom is a dragonfly lover, too.
I'm fascinated by parchmentwork - what is that?
I'm also in the pendants & charms swap - crossing my fingers that I get some from you!
It was my pleasure and I am so glad you liked it, I wasn't too sure it would be awsome enough when I shipped it ;-)
