About Me

I'm 27 and a stay at home mom to a 1 year old baby boy named CJ, plus my hubby and my 4 year old dog Kami. I'm a licensed teacher, but currently home with my son.

Favorite Books

I am a big book nerd. I love the classics, my favorites are The Picture of Dorian Grey, Great Expectations, and Gone with the Wind. I love historical fiction, such as the books by Philippa Gregory or Lauren Willig. I also love the Sookie Stackhouse books.

Favorite Television

I watch way too much TV. My favorite right now is The Big Bang Theory. I also love CSI (Las Vegas), Law and Order SVU, Supernatural, Hawaii Five-0, Glee, and Parenthood. I'm a big Jeopardy fanatic. I've taken the test 3 times and auditioned in NYC once. SOMEDAY!

Favorite Crafts

I mostly do papercrafts, crocheting, and woodcrafts. I really want to start doing other crafts. I'd love to learn how to make mosaics.

Comment: Hello! I've never been to Massachusetts, but I hear that you have one of the most beautiful vantage points for autumn colors. I can't believe you've *driven* through Nebraska. It must be a VERY long drive to Colorado. :) It's a long drive for US to get to Colorado from here. :P Take care!
Response: Sure have, many times. Well, probably about 4-5 times. It is a loooong drive. It's either Nebraska or Kansas. I remember the first time I was probably 12. It was nighttime and I kept waking up and asking what state we were in, and the answer was always Nebraska. Alllll niiiight looong.

Comment: I do like the vintage postcard that you sent. Thanks so much... RIT is an awesome school... have done quite a few activities on that campus ourselves... museum exhibits, sports events, dinners by the hotel & rest. mgt. students, and such. Gotta LOVE R.I.T! Go TIGERS!
