I'm a busy mom of two (ages 3 and 14-both girls) who works at home running my business making Mexican folk art nichos. Home is sunny Phoenix, AZ which reaches temperatures in the 120s in the summer, but is fantastically temperate the rest of the year.

I'm new to this site, but not to swapping. I mostly enjoy ATCs but hope to branch out a little. Some things that tickle my fancy are Frida Kahlo, cats, sugar skulls, poppies, black and white, 3D embellishments, snarky humor, glitter, articulated paper dolls, coffee, quirky themes, mandalas, Mexican folk art, mid-century modern, altered tags, mixed media, expressive watercolor, infographics, girl art, collage, Dia de los Muertos, turquoise and red together, adult coloring, lettering & typographics, anatomy art and quotes.

I'm into ATCs, APCs, ATBs, altered tags, Art journaling, shrines, Mexican folk art, and paper crafts at the moment. I've also done metal work, gourd pyrography, beading/jewelry making, sewing, stitching, upcycling, you name it I've probably done it! I love to try new things-I think a lot of the fun in crafting comes from learning.

I like all kinds of music, so I'll stick to a shorter list of things I like to listen to while arting...I listen to mainly 2 Pandora stations, the first one plays Primus and alll the other Les Claypool bands, Sausage, Oysterhead, Buckethead, Fratellis, Cake, White Stripes and Morphine. The other station plays Lindsey Stirling, The Glitch Mob, District 78, Blackmill and Apocalyptica. In real life I listen to everything from Adele to Slayer.

I'm pretty open about themes that I collect and things I would love to receive...

...that being said I do not like anything that depicts violence against women

...and I prefer not to receive any food. I have celiac disease and TONS of food allergies, even the smell of certain foods will send me into anaphylaxis!
