I am originally from Louisiana, spent some time in New Jersey, England, Los Angeles, and now I live in beautiful Portland, OR.

I love to travel! Before I go to a certain place, I always look it up and make sure where to find the best local cuisine, a good book store, and a yarn shop.

In another life, I would have been a pastry chef, an art historian, or an English lit professor, but I ended up being an office manager for many years. When I married into a family that owns several restaurants, I began working in the family business. Though I don’t have any children or pets, I have a multitude of nieces and nephews that I adore.
