I'm 24, live and work in the midcoast area of Maine. I work for a small local photo shop as a Photo Tech. I love my job and all asspects of photography. I'm a triplet. I love to knit and needle felt. I spin and dye most of my own yarn. I am starting up a business with my hand dyed yarns and roving, I've been to one show so far.

I love listening to music. I like art, vintage pins/buttons, vintage postcards, organic soaps, loose teas, things from the 40s & 50s. My favorite color is purple followed by brown. I adore animals, I have a fat cat (named Buster) and regularly visit my parents' dogs, alpacas and goats.

I love most kinds of music, all though my favorites tend to be in the punk, indie, irish/scottish and ska genres. Altan, Anti-Flag, Dropkick Murphys, Gogol Bordello, Big D and The Kids Table, Mighty Mighty Bosstones, Lunachicks, Violent Femmes, MSI, Bright Eyes, The Cranberries, Guster, The Slackers, The Taxis, They Might Be Giants, The Mad Caddies, AFI, The Real MacKenzies and Time Again.

I love dyeing fiber, be it roving or yarn. I've been spinning for almost eight years. I learned to knit when I was nine but only really picked it up seven years ago. I am a bit of a yarn snob and like natural yarns best. Although, I will sometimes use fuzzy eyelash yarn for scarves. I also needle felt and have just started wet-felting.

I've always loved photography. I still perfer using my SLR and my TLR, Black and White is my favorite. I do some digital photography, but I can't afford a digital SLR, a point and shoot just can't live up to the control of a manual. I do miss the days of working in a traditional darkrooml. But because of my job I am still able to develope/print my own photos.

I also like to draw and paint; when I can find the time.
