I am currently living in Southern California, but I'm originally from Texas and have lived all over the US.

I love to travel and learn about other cultures.

I have a slight addiction to pens and paper, and now that I'm trying to teach myself dip pen calligraphy, it has only gotten worse! And now I've added ink to my new collectible addiction. :-)

I listen to all types of music, particularly classic rock and country music. I'm also a huge fan of the 80's.

I read almost everything, but really enjoy historical fiction. I also like Science Fiction and Fantasy, like George R.R. Martin.

I enjoy many crafts, including painting, calligraphy, sewing/quilting, needlepoint, mail art, ATC trading cards, and jewelry making to name a few. I just started learning calligraphy, which I'm enjoying, although it's also frustrating at times! :-)

As I mentioned above, I love to learn about other places and cultures. If you are checking here to find something I'd be interested in receiving, anything historical about your city or country, or something that depicts something special that your culture/country/town is known for would be awesome.

However, I'm happy receiving anything that you'd like to send.

The only things I don't like are "ad" cards or other "promotional" items.
