Hey y'all!
I'm Trista, a 28 year old small town lady. I thought for years that I would grow up and move away. After college I realized how wrong I was and moved home. I couldn't imagine not being around to see my little brother grow up. And I'd miss my momma entirely too much.
I have a fiancee who I've been with for nearly 7 years. We're getting married October 10, 2015.. We're "old" and gave up the party scene a few years back. It's not unusual for us to be home and in bed by 8:30.
I'm a mother of two... an Orange Tabby cat named Pepper and a white and grey cat named Cat-Cat! I adopted them both from Angels for Animals, a local shelter and they're fabulous! I don't understand folks who dislike cats... they have so much personality!!! They're my babies and make my life much more enjoyable!!
I currently work for USPS as a City Carrier which is why I enjoy snail-mail! Save my job! Aaand, I love seeing cute things that other people send/receive.
I guess I'm just a bit of an old soul!!
My Momma is my best friend!!! She taught me that the coolest things in life are rarely mainstream! She's a trailblazer and I love her for it!!!
I'm the daughter of a dreamer and the fiancee of a farmer... I spend most of my days with my head in the clouds and my feet in the dirt.
My apartment isn't very big so I enjoy "flat" things best. You won't often see me swaping for toys and the such because I simply don't have the space for them. Please keep this in mind when you swap with me!
The Big Bang Theory... Grey's Anatomy... Big Brother... Heart of Dixie... Gilmore Girls... Boy Meets World... Saved by the Bell... Hot in Cleveland... Last Man Standing... Black Gold... Disney Channel Original Movies!!!

As previously mentioned, I work for USPS so I'm well aware of the flaws to our postal system. That having been said, I know better than most about the "it's in the mail" excuse. If for some reason you have not received something from me in a timely manner, PLEASE ask! I attempt to do my best to keep track of who I've heard from and who I haven't but unfortunately I sometimes miss things. The only kind of flakes I enjoy are snowflakes!!!
Rating...and marking as sent...
I work two jobs, I try to keep up to date on ratings and marking things as sent, but I tend to fall a bit behind. Please, if you're curious, message me!!!
“You’re a nester,†he’d said. “You like to fold yourself into little spaces. Armchairs. Library carrels. I’ve noticed this.†“Restaurant booths!†added Cat, catching on. “I like an open table myself, but you!†She leaned over and poked Pen’s forehead with her finger. “You always want the booth! I bet you get in the bathtub and close the shower curtain.†“Tea parties under the table,†said her mother’s voice from behind them. Pen couldn't see her, but could hear her mother smile, and swiveled around to look. “I think they’re on to me,†said Pen to her mother. Her mother pointed to the wardrobe against the far wall of the room. “That’s got a deep, low shelf, for shoes, maybe, or blankets. But when Pen was little, she used to climb out of her bed and sleep on it. The first time it happened, Ben and I were scared to death, looked for her everywhere.†“Like I said,†said Will, “a nester. A hermit thrush.â€

It is never my intention to flake on a swap. We have all heard the "I swore I mailed it" excuse. AS you may notice I have a 1 on my profile. I mailed the swap. I was rated a 1, I contacted my partner, mailed it a second time, providing a tracking number and still never had my rating changed. Its frustrating because it now tarnishes my image.
At any rate, PLEASE contact me if there are any questions regarding something I have sent you.

Thank you so much for the cute notepad for my November wishlist! I love the donuts!
Thank you for the Yoga DVD. I need to exercise more then I do. :)
Thank you for the postcard with things you are thankful for for the November wishlist in the Granting wishes group! It took me a while to identify your name because of where it was written beneath the bar code and then to find out the occasion, since you didn't mention the group or the wishlist. So I'm thanking you now although the card arrived yesterday.. The front side is funny, too.
