**Canvas Bags Remix**

Project: The thrift shops are full of canvas totes. Let's try to get one that we could take to the grocery or a large hand bag.

Technique: Alisa Burke has numerous articles and items that have been featured in "Cloth, Paper, Scissors and Most of the "Somerset Magazines". Her technique reminds me of street art while she uses every technique to apply paint to canvas. I have listed several sites for you to have references for her things. but basically, she uses acrylic paints by brushing, stamping, sponging, glazing, ragging and any other ways you can come up with to get paint on to canvas.
