Description:
For this swap, you will send your partner 2 items: 1) Send your partner 1 bird-themel FQ (18x22in) -- see your partner's profile for ideas. + 2) Sew something for your partner using bird-theme fabric -- a set of bookmarks or tissue cozies, a coin purse, a pouch, a potholder, etc. Again, think about what your partner might like. This should be fairly lightweight, so it's open to international folks. So...1 FQ + 1 small finished project for your partner! :) I'll be doing these themed swaps regularly. It's still summer, so I thought we'd have 1 or 2 more summery themes before starting in on the holidays and so forth. Feel free to post suggestions for future swaps in the comments! Since some us prefer whimsical birds over realistic, please post in the comments your preference :)

I have plenty of bird fabric but none whimsical so I will have to bow out in case I got someone who wants whimsical.

I live in Portland...aka Portlandia...where we put a bird on everything! :) I love all sorts of birds and bird items. I'm open to all sorts. Whimsical or real or whatever! @Saucyknits ..thank you for a great swap idea!

I had to drop from this awesome swap, I crashed my sewing machine this morning and it will take some time to get it fixed :(
