I feel that every now and then everyone could use an encouraging word, sound advice, or something that inspires them to push through whatever challenges life throws at us. I thought it might be fun to create a journal with a minimum of 30 pages of things that inspire you. This can be quotes, pictures, advice, songs, speeches, poems, stories of triumph, ect. Pull these things together in a fun, creative way to present in a journal for one swap partner. The journal can be any shape or size…made or bought. I encourage each swapper to do more than just to write these items into a journal…going above and beyond is highly encouraged. The thought behind this is that no matter what your swap partner is going through, they can read your journal at any time and be uplifted and inspired by it.
