Anyone can join with a filled out profile and a desire to swap and make others happy. You will make one ATC for one Partner. (Standard Size 2.5 x 3.5 inches) The theme is Sailor Moon, therefore you should incorporate anything related to Sailor Moon on your ATC. Such as Sailor Moon herself, any of the sailor scouts, Luna, etc. (((Self-drawn/hand-made please.))) You can use any medium (watercolor, pen, embroidery etc.) and please make something extravagant and special for your partner to receive. Please do not rate someone with a one if you haven't received their ATC within the deadline-sending international varies from how long you will receive it.
