New Penpal & Cup of Tea - Updated

In this fun and simple penpal swap, you will be sending ****one**** partner an introductory letter and a cup of tea. (Or another hot beverage of your choice...)

Letters should be around 2 stationery-sized pages - front and back. (You are certainly welcome to go longer, though, if you have lots to say!)

If you absolutely loathe tea or are writing from Australia (because of mailing restrictions), please specify below so your partner can accommodate.

Please, no recent no-sends or unexplained 1's. I will check before assigning partners. Newbies with filled-out profiles are welcome. We all have to start somewhere!

Be considerate - if something arises and you MUST be late...communicate with your partner. :)

This swap was inspired by: [http://www.swap-bot.com/swap/show/70295] It was tons of fun, and I'm eager to participate in another!

Have fun & let me know you have any questions!

****Update 10-4-10**** After receiving a number of concerned messages about the nature of tea & hot-beverages in this swap, I am including this update/clarification.

This swap is sender's choice when it comes to tea/hot beverage items.

The original purpose of making requests below was in the case of disliking all types of tea altogether, or because of mailing restrictions. If this is the case, it will be ****sender's choice**** of the replacement beverage.

You should rate your partner a ****5**** if they are on time, their letter meets the swap requirements, and you receive at least one factory-sealed tea/hot-drink sachet.

Thank you for your understanding, your continued patience, and for your participation! I hope you're all as excited as I am about a lovely letter and something to drink while reading it.
