EUREKA ATC Swap #1: Sheriff Carter

For this swap series we will be doing all the characters from Eureka. For the first swap you will create one Sheriff Carter ATC for one partner. You must take time to make it artistic (don't just slap on a runoff or a sticker and call it done). Make something you'd be thrilled to receive. This is the first in the series. Future characters include, Zoe, Fargo, Zane, Jo, Henry and others!

You must be a group member in excellent standing to participate. Nor recent unexplained ones, no disparaging amount of threes (lateness), and newbies must have well filled-out profiles. If you do not, then you will not be allowed to participate. Also you must rate, as manners matter. Those known for not rating will also be excluded. I do angel my swaps, after ones are given (to warn future hosts/hostesses - it's only fair).
