Sewing: Floral Rainbow #1: Red

This swap is part of a series of swaps using the same pattern. The end result, if you sign up for all of the swaps, will be a selection of flowers in all the colours of the rainbow. And pink. You're not required to join ALL the swaps, you can pick and choose the colours you'd like to play with. Of course you CAN join all the swaps if you like :P

The first thing you need to do is get a hold of the Felicity Fabric Flower Pattern. This pattern will be used for all the swaps in this series.

Make 2 flowers for your partner. You can choose for yourself if you want to use the small and large petals, or two layers of the large. They can be all the same fabrics, or mixed and matched as you'd like, but they must be RED for this swap.

You don't need to add a stalk, or clip, or anything to the back. Your partner can then choose how they'd like to display the flower for themselves, so be prepared to wire or clip or velcro or sew your flower to something when you get it.

The other colours to come are Yellow, Pink, Green, Purple, Orange and Blue.
