Trick or Treat Halloween Swap

This is sure to be tons of fun if you love Halloween as much as me. This swap is a bit time consuming so I am starting it now rather then later. Halloween is my favorite holiday lots of treats and plenty of tricks for everyone. We will be creating and filling a trick or treat bag with some great items. Please read all the details and be sure you have time to complete the swap before joining.

Swap Requirements:

1.Purchase a pre made canvas tote bag decorate in a Halloween theme. If you want to make your own that is fine as well. The bag must be completely decorated and look nice. Please make sure it is Halloween Themed. Medium sized is fine.

2.Fill the bag with Halloween treats and goodies. Some of those items could include (in Halloween colors)beads, buttons, ribbons, paper, paint, jewelry, incense, games , spooky music, book, movie, wiccan item’s if it fit’s the profile. This swap should be tailored to your partners profile.

3.Halloween Candy

4.Send 1Post card or Greeting card handmade and 3 ATC’s or 3 Book Marks handmade.

5.Stuffie can be small in a Halloween theme such as Witch, Ghost, Pumpkin, Black Cat, Witch’s Hat, Eyeball

6.An item that is wrapped to look like something it isn’t. In other words to trick your partner

7.Of course be sure to look at your partners profile and be considerate and send a nice Halloween treat bag you would love to receive yourself. Because this is a larger dollar amount swap all swap requirements and rules will effect the rating you receive.

8.DONOT SEND: Red Heart Yarn, Acrylic Yarn, Used Items, Dirty stained and Smelly items, Item’s your partner says they do not like or are allergic to.

10.Swap Costs: $20.00

11.Length Of Time:8 weeks from sign up to send date

12.Keep in mind that if your partner is International it will take longer to receive from them. The bag must be shipped to be received in time for Halloween though.

Rules:

1.You must have a rating of 4.7 with no recent no sends. Only 1 no send in your profile if you have any. You can only have one 3 in your profile. If you have more then you can contact me. However I will ban you if I feel you do not qualify. You must also have at least 15 or more hearts. I am sorry but due to the amount of problems (in the past) and the high expectations I don’t want anyone to be disappointed.

2.I’m sorry but I will not be allowing newbies into the swap at this time. If you have the 15 hearts or more by the sign up date then you can remain in. If not then please remove yourself or I will have to.

3.You must use Delivery Confirmation or a postal office which will give you proof of postage. Such as on your receipt where it shows destination. If you live in a country that doesn’t use DC then please retain some proof of postage.
