Description:

Where have all the pin-ups gone?

Well, I hope that this swap will bring them out! It's time to spoil your partner (who doesn't like being spoiled?!) with pin-up/rockabilly themed stuff!

If there's some charming rockabilly boys out there, come on and join! It's not limited to girls.

Examples of what to send:

â™  Necklace

â™  Bracelet

â™  Combs

â™  Bandanas

â™  Earrings

â™  Vintage photos

â™  Candy/lollipops

â™  Lipbalm

â™  Hair accessories

â™  Rockabilly CD

â™  A classic movie, starring for example Marylin Monroe or Audrey Hepburn

â™  Key chains

â™  Make-up and nail polish of all sorts

â™  Purse

â™  Socks

Yes, pretty much anything AS long as it's pin-up/rockabilly themed! Which could mean a lot of cherries, polka dots, tattoo print, bows, fishnet stockings, sailors (real ones are very much welcome!) and of course: cars.

To the serious stuff:

â™  Rating: at least 4.7 with no resent 3's or 1's (mail me if you have some and think you've been rated unfair)

â™  Send at least 4 different items!

♠ The spend ammount is pretty large for this one, but hey! It's glamour! So try spending around £20 before shipping. (If you think it's way too high with the economy being all screwed up, let me know)

â™  It's an internation swap and you'll have one partner

â™  It's sender's choice, but a little tip is to always look at your partners profile to see what they like!

If you got any questions, mail me and I'll try to straight the questionmarks out!

I would love to be in this swap, but I usually make all of my swaps on my own, and thrift them. I don't have this kind of money. Would thrift finds and homemade stuff be accepted?

I just wanted to post this in hopes that my partner will see it...no earrings for me. Unless you happen to have a pair of 2g silicone ear plugs you can send me!!

@Alesha I'm sorry, but it just wouldn't be fair to the others in the swap since they will spend this kind of money on the swap.

Damn to expensive for me too!

@AcidxLollipopxX & @Alesha I might host a cheaper version of this later on :)

@hellblazer if you host a version of this that allows actual vintage items purchased from vintage stores or thrift stores, please let me know. I am going to participate in this one but I have found such lovely old purses, scarves, jewelry and other things but as they aren't brand new I know I can't use them for this swap - although I found the cutest corset purse today in a vintage store that I think I'll package all my items for this swap in!
