Twilight Handmade Postcards 18: Carnival 1- Edward

Hi everyone!

Swap number 18 of the handmade postcards… :) We’re slowly heading towards No 20! :D As always you'll have 2 swap partners and you'll send ONE handmade postcard to each. Rule: send your postcards in envelopes. I've set this up as a rule as it just IS safer and gives you more freedom in being creative. Thank you!

Now… you can decorate the postcard whichever way you like, please be a little creative (though I doubt I really have to point this out ;)). In fact you can even go wild using whatever you like really - if you send it in an envelope it should arrive alright after all.

The theme this time? Something a bit weird and hopefully funny. Carnival – part one - Edward. Reason? Because in Switzerland some cities do celebrate a type of carnival in February I’ve had this idea, and because it gives us a chance to do something different and good fun. Part one is all about Edward and Edward only. Any Edward / Rob photo you’d like to use will do. And then… well, dress him up. Somehow. With whichever materials you want. You could cut out clothes from a fashion mag, maybe you’ll find the ideal costume on the internet, you can really do whatever you want! Dress him up as one of the musketeers, as a pink bunny, or as a trick or treater on Halloween – it’s really up to you! Have fun with this! You can do something very wooohooooh, or something hilarious. :D If you choose to totally and completely drape him in, say, a full-body-ghost-costume though, maybe attach it in some way that can be lifted up, so your swap-partner can see at least some Edward behind it. ;) Write some fun message on the back of the card. Maybe from Edward, sending greetings from the Carnival. IF you guys like this idea, I may make this a mini-series.

Remember you can use whatever materials… so this could be fabrics and ribbons, even buttons and the likes just as well. I hope you'll enjoy this swap! No recent no-sends, no 1s or unexplained 3s.
