Ok, this is going to be my first swap hosting since the move:D I am settled in and ready to entertain this holiday season! Our group includes many special needs diets. Many of us have friends or family with the same issues. So let's do a swap based on empathy with OTHERS needs! For this Senders Choice Email Holiday Treat Recipe Swap, please choose three categories below send the one recipe representing each, by email to your three partners, recipes traded can be vegetarian, vegan or omnivore, (remember this about entertaining/caring for others, not yourself); Gluten Free Sugar Free Egg Free Dairy Free Low Salt Low Fat Vegan - No animal products at all Vegetarian - No animal products resulting from the death of the animal. (Milk, butter, eggs, cheese are generally ok) Nut Free Recap - send three recipes from three different categories, senders choice, to three partners, via email.
