Description:

What do you daydream about? I tend to daydream about a lot of things, like what would I do with a million dollars? I am sure lots of us have daydreamed about that. For this swap, you will create a daydream journal and let us know what you daydream about. You can use whatever type of journal you like. (composition, spiral, handmade) Not teeny tiny, but you can use the small composition books you can get 4 for $1 from the Dollar Store. Please decorate the outside cover. You must include at least 10 things that you daydream about and write at least one page for each daydream. You can add pics or decorate the inside however you want, it's not required. And for extra interest, maybe add some of the dreams you have while sleeping. Since you can use the smaller lightweight journal, I will make this international, as it shouldn't cost much to mail.

The rules: Must have participated in at least 5 mail swaps (not just postcards), no 1's or 3's w/in the last three months. You must have a rating of at least 4.8. With patience from partners, I am willing to angel, but hopefully will not have too.

this is a wonderful idea. I'm watching this swap right now, I'll have to see if I can manage as I will be on holiday in September for a full week. Would it maybe be possible to extend the send-by date a little?

Doodlebabe 08/31/2009 #

I'm watching because the swap date may be a bit difficult. I hope you host this again, especially if I'm not able to join ;-)

I extended the date to give you a month to complete. Remember that you can send out anytime before the last day.

I love the idea of sharing journals but I also like the idea of doing it on a more long term basis...any ideas?

djmom11 09/ 1/2009 #

@innocentprncss There are often times journal swaps that involve 6 months to a year of keeping a journal. I prefer short-term ones myself.

this will be fun...cant wait to see if my partner has goofy day dreams like I do...or even night dreams....
