MixChange Musical Scavenger Hunt

MixChange (http://www.mix-change.com/randomtlisting.html) has a neat track Randomizer thingy, so using that I have compiled a list of 30 themes for songs for this musical scavenger hunt. Here they are:

A track with a narrative (ie. the lyrics tell a story)

A track with the name of a boy in the title.

A track from a movie soundtrack.

A track which is about drugs

A cover version of any Johnny Cash song.

A cover version of any Bob Dylan song.

The only track that you like by an artist that you otherwise dislike.

A track recorded before 1960.

A track by your mother's favourite artist.

A track recorded in 2000.

A track by the first artist you ever saw play live in concert.

A track by a friend's band, or a local band.

A track that starts with the letter 'H'

A track which is about any holiday except for Christmas.

A track that is about jail.

A track with the name of a girl in the title.

A track which is about sex

A track with a title made up of 6 words or more.

A track which is about mornings.

A track recorded in 1988.

A track with the word 'rock' in the title.

A track that is about aliens.

A track which you could fall asleep to.

A track from something you remember listening to as a child

A track from the first record you ever bought.

A track for a confused and angst-ridden teenager.

A track which is about cigarettes.

A track that is not family friendly.

A track by an artist who died in the last five years.

A track with lyrics that reference a politician.

Choose at least 15 of these themes, and find songs that fit them. You can always choose more to fill up the whole CD if you want. Be creative!! When you've found your songs. make a CD for one partner, and include a track list. If you are still feeling creative, make a label and cover art for the mix, as well.
