Favorite Frou Frou Cocktail Recipe

Summer is the perfect time to get host a gab-fest with the girls and serve ridiculously frou frou drinks. Sure, most of your friends usually end up wearing at least one cocktail because of the impractical (but cute) glasses they must be served in. But that is a risk most are willing to take.
