I found this video of cute Autumn tags by Raven Vintage --- she's from BC. :) No measurements, just a simple folded paper. She also uses printables and cuts out her feature image, but you can use whatever you have as long as it has a book page in the back and a large image in front. Put a few pieces of ephemera in your pocket for your partner.
