Description:

This year we will explore Black and White plus another color. In this swap, please create and send 1 piece of Mail Art to your one partner that uses the color combination for this swap. You may also use a small amount of accent colors, or a large amount, but the final project should be created using mostly the color palette of the month.

This swap is sender's choice in the type of mail art that you want to create and send. Examples include (but are not limited to): ATC, handmade postcard, inkbox cards, Tags, decorated envelope with tuck in, 2 ATC coins, Bookmark, Original Zine, Altered File folder, Journal pages, etc. It is also senders choice on what type of art medium you would like to work in (painted, drawn, collage, mixed media, sewn, fabric, clay, pyrography, etc) and in subject matter/theme.

The color palette for this month's Mail Art is Black, White and Red.

You may use additional colors as highlights, but the majority of the mail art should be in the colors of the month. Your postcards can be any size and any subject, just include enough postage for the size you make. ATC's are 2.5 x 3.5 inches, can be oriented in either direction, and please include your artist info on the backside of whatever art you create. Please do Not use clear tape to cover your art or envelopes. And, please include your artist info on your art and your user/swap name in your envelope somewhere.

Have fun.

Feel free to comment below with which additional color you would like to see with the Black and White.

You must belong to the Amazing Mail ART Group in order to join this swap.
